The Dead Downline Syndrome!

Multi-Level marketing can be great fun.
But, it is a LOT of work too. I wrote & had published this topic in several ezines 5 years ago. The Dead Downline Syndrome affects MANY who are in MLM.
You work hard to build that downline, be a great sponsor, answer questions, give tips; ect, ect.
Only to get little or no effort from your downline! Having a dead downline affects both large & small downlines. You can have 35,000 people in your MLM program, but if they are doing nothing (dead), YOU are getting no where.
Replacing drop outs is about all you are accomplishing.
You have Dead Downline Syndrome! A "disease" which effects nearly all of us in MLM programs.
Is there a "cure"?
The only way to prevent this problem is to provide a duplicable system easily followed by your downline. It is prefered that the duplicable system be affordable too.
Have a system your downline will WANT to follow! No, this will never eliminate DDS entirely, but, it will certainly help keep more members alive & working your programs.
You will ALWAYS have those who will quit. This is unavoidable. Just do your best as a sponsor, and weed out the tire kickers....and work with those who have the same ideas as you....building your business!
