RIOY is gone forever!

RIOY= "Retire in One Year"...
I have been a member for one year...but never retired lol!
It saddens me to see it go though! I really believed it was a long term STABLE
program, that would be here tomorrow.

I was wrong.

I believe the problem was far too much change. It seemed like they changed
every week. They would make a decision one week & announce it on the
calls....by the next week (conference call), it was changed again!
You never knew if you should follow their latest decision, or...wait till next week.

This drove me crazy!!!!!!!!!

I expressed this frustration to one of the main staff members awhile
back, & was met with anger & sarcasm. I told them: "change is fine, but
lets stick to the change".

I think they though I was against change. I wasn't!
I was tired of the CONSTANT change....it made many of our heads spin!

You CAN'T change as often as they did & keep the peoples trust in your
ability to KNOW what you are doing! At least not....mine!

Did RIOY really build your downline for you?
Yes....in some of the programs (not all)...& in the beginning.

After they dropped several of the programs & went to just one, I was
thrilled & had hoped they were done with constant changes.

Not so!

In less than a month, they added another program.
Again, in less than a month...they dropped one of those programs!

AND ADDED ANOTHER ONE! Sheeeesh!

My head was spinning again.
I was angry because RIOY had actually given me 3 people (paid members) in one
of the programs....they DROPPED!

It wasn't long after this new change, that they collapsed.
It didn't surprise me actually...to be honest.

You can't change every time the wind blows, & keep your people, even staff!!!!!!!!
Peolple will quit! The excuse they used for quitting was the "economy" & one of their investments had decided to not pay until Feb 2009.

I don't buy it! This may be partially true, but I believe people quit. I also believe staff
had problems with the owner & one of them DID quit.

He stepped down to a different position first, ( I knew something was up when this happened),
then dropped out a few weeks later....THEN RIOY collapsed a couple weeks after that!

Whew!
Goodbye RIOY....R.I.P.
